BlackBuck Limited forms Indian subsidiary to expand logistics products and services

BlackBuck Limited, formerly known as Zinka Logistics Solutions Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in India, tentatively named BlackBuck Transport Services Private Limited or BlackBuck Trucking Services Private Limited, with a share capital of 100% to be subscribed in cash at a face value of Rs 10 per share. The new entity will focus on logistics products and services, including transportation of goods and the provision of electronic platforms for transport assets, and will be considered a related party of BlackBuck Limited.
