Muthoot Capital Services plans to issue Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement

Muthoot Capital Services Limited will hold a meeting of its Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to consider and approve the proposed issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis, within limits approved by the company’s board of directors and shareholders.
