Gokul Refoils confirms Chetna Vyas' departure as Independent Director, term ending September 9, 2026

Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that Ms. Chetna Vyas has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company with effect from September 9, 2026, following the completion of her second and final term.
