NSB BPO Solutions closes share transfer books ahead of September 30th AGM

NSB BPO Solutions Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for the purpose of the 21st Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026.
