Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited allotted Rs 35 crore in debentures on a private placement

Mangal Credit and Fincorp Limited announced the allotment of 3,500 secured, listed, rated, taxable, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures, each with a face value of Rs 1,00,000, aggregating to Rs 35,00,00,000, on a private placement basis. The debentures, allotted on September 9, 2026, have a tenor of 23 months, maturing on August 9, 2028, and carry an interest rate of 11.50% per annum, with the debentures listed on BSE Limited.
