Svam Agritech Limited to close member register September 23-30, 2026, for AGM

Svam Agritech Limited, formerly known as Svam Software Limited, will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for its Annual General Meeting, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The cutoff date for determining shareholders eligible to receive the notice and participate in the electronic voting for the 34th AGM is August 28, 2026.
