Svam Agritech Limited changes registered office to New Delhi, restructures audit committee

Svam Agritech Limited, formerly known as Svam Software Limited, announced on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, that its board approved a change of registered office to S-524, Neelkanth House, New Delhi, effective immediately. The company also reconstituted its audit committee, appointing Ms. Ritu Tiwari as chairperson and Ms. Gunjan Mittal and Ms. Megha Panchal as members. Additionally, the board recommended the appointment of M/s. Jyoti Harpalani & Associates as the statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy and for a five-year term from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and appointed M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term beginning in 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
