Titagarh Rail Systems to hold AGM September 30, 2026, via video conferencing

Titagarh Rail Systems Limited will hold its 29th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company has appointed National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) to facilitate electronic voting, which will be available from September 26, 2026, to September 29, 2026, and the record date for dividend payment and shareholder eligibility to vote is set for September 23, 2026.
