EMA India Limited seeks shareholder approval to reclassify outgoing promoters as public

EMA India Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved a proposal to reclassify outgoing promoters from the “Promoter/Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category, requiring shareholder approval via postal ballot, and appointed Mr. Rahul Yadav of M/s. Rahul Yadav & Associates as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot process.
