Sika Interplant Systems received confirmation of no share dematerialisation requests through August 2026

Sika Interplant Systems Limited informed the BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer agent, for the period ended August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirming no requests were received for dematerialisation or rematerialisation of shares during that period.
