Signet Industries appoints Shilpesh Dalal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for four years

Signet Industries Limited announced the appointment of M/s Shilpesh Dalal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor, succeeding M/s M. Maheshwari & Associates, with the term commencing from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing AGM, as per a regulatory filing on September 5, 2026.
