Caspian Corporate Services closes share transfer books ahead of its annual meeting

Caspian Corporate Services Limited (BSE: 534732) has announced that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to Monday, September 28, 2026, for the purpose of the company's 15th Annual General Meeting. The company will separately communicate the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
