Jamna Auto Industries Ltd. will hold its 60th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. IST via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and the company’s Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, until Tuesday, September 29, 2026, for the purpose of the meeting and dividend payment, with the final dividend to be paid within 30 days of declaration to shareholders as of Tuesday, September 22, 2026.
