Khyati Multimedia’s board approved annual report agenda, meeting set for Ahmedabad on September 28

Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd. announced that its board of directors has approved the draft of the annual report and the agenda for the 32nd Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Ahmedabad, with a record date for the annual report distribution set for August 28, 2026, and e-voting commencing on September 24, 2026, and closing on September 27, 2026, with Kamlesh M Shah of Kamlesh M Shah & Co. appointed as scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
