KOIYA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED postpones AGM to September 30, 2026, with CDSL providing e-voting

KOIYA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, formerly known as Popees Cares Limited, announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been rescheduled from September 28, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (IST) via video conference or other audio-visual means, along with revisions to the cut-off date, remote e-voting period, and register of members closure dates. The company also appointed Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) to provide remote e-voting facilities, Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited to facilitate the video conferencing facility, and Lakshmmi Subramanian & Associates as scrutinizers. Additionally, KOIYA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED approved a change to its corporate office address to B-136, Ansa Industrial Estate, Sakinhat Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400072.
