Kemistar Corporation proposes Rs 0.20 per share dividend and appoints a scrutinizer

Kemistar Corporation Limited announced that its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.20 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, and appointed M/s. Rohit Periwal and Associates as Scrutinizer for the e-voting facility for the 32nd Annual General Meeting, with the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books remaining closed from September 24, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
