RIR Power Electronics sets record date for final dividend of Rs 0.10 per share

RIR Power Electronics Limited has set Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, with payment expected within 30 days of shareholder approval at the company’s 57th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026; e-voting for the meeting will be open from September 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to September 28, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
