EFC (I) Limited sold its stake in Sanvritti Alpha to Sanvritti Global for INR 39 crore

EFC (I) Limited completed the sale of its entire 100% equity shareholding in Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited, formerly known as EFC Estate 56 Alpha Private Limited, to Sanvritti Global Private Limited for INR 39 crore. Sanvritti Alpha Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of EFC (I) Limited, contributed a turnover of Rs 221.35 lakhs, constituting 0.21% of the company’s consolidated turnover for fiscal year 2025-26, and had a net worth of Rs (506.56) lakhs, representing (0.62)% of the consolidated net worth as of March 31, 2026. The transaction was structured as an "Assets Sale and Lease Back" basis, and EFC (I) Limited will continue to operate the assets as Managed/Coworking Office Spaces.
