Tivoli Construction re-appoints Sagar Jyot Rupani, sells stake in Victoria Investments

Tivoli Construction Limited announced the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sagar Jyot Rupani as an Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the appointment of M/s. M.R. Sharma & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years and approved the sale of its entire 7,00,400 equity shares, representing 100% of the paid-up share capital, in Victoria Investments Company Limited to Mr. Ketan Kirtikumar Shah, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Victoria Investments Company Limited contributed Rs 2,08,860 to the company's consolidated income and Rs 2,43,36,630 to its net worth during the last financial year.
