Kenvi Jewels re-appoints Chiragkumar Valani as Managing Director for five years

Kenvi Jewels Limited announced that its Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Chiragkumar Valani as Managing Director for a further term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The company also approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates resigned from the same position, effective immediately. The 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held through video conferencing.
