Vadilal Dairy appoints Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. as joint statutory auditors for one year

Vadilal Dairy International Limited’s board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi Sohan & Co., Chartered Accountants, [Firm Registration No. 118424W] as joint statutory auditors alongside existing statutory auditor M/s. P V M & Co., Chartered Accountants, [Firm Registration No. 145449W], for a one-year term commencing after the Thirty-Ninth Annual General Meeting, as announced on September 4, 2026. The board also appointed Mr. Suhas Ganpule of M/s. S G & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary Membership No. 12122 and CP. No. 5722, as scrutinizer for the upcoming annual general meeting.
