Olatech Solutions appoints Amrita Singh as director, names Manoj Agrawal & Co. as auditor

Olatech Solutions Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Amrita Singh as an Additional Executive Director, effective September 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed M/s Manoj Agrawal & co. as its Statutory Auditor to fill a casual vacancy for the financial year 2026-27, and for a further five-year term from 2026-27 to 2030-31, both appointments also pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Olatech Solutions scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, at 3:30 P.M.
