Max Healthcare Institute Limited granted equity shares to employees under its 2022 stock option scheme

Max Healthcare Institute Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 33,765 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees under the Max Healthcare Institute Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022. The allotment, which occurred on September 4, 2026, increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 973,31,02,510 and total issued share capital to 97,33,10,251 equity shares.
