Umiya Mobile Limited approves financials, re-appoints director, and schedules AGM

Umiya Mobile Limited said its board approved the audited standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointed Girishkumar Premjibhai Jadvani as a whole-time director. The company also appointed M/s D A Kamani & Associates as its internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027 and scheduled its Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST via video conferencing, with a register closure from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026.
