Sacheta Metals Ltd. named Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as its statutory auditor through 2031

Sacheta Metals Ltd. appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy (FRN: 101648W) as its statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Murali & Venkat, with the appointment lasting until the conclusion of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting. The board also recommended the appointment of Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy for a further term of five years, concluding after the 41st AGM in 2031, and approved the company’s directors’ report and scheduled its 36th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026.
