Sacheta Metals Ltd. appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as statutory auditor through 2031

Sacheta Metals Ltd. appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy (FRN: 101648W) as its statutory auditor to fill a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Murali & Venkat, effective September 2, 2026, until the conclusion of the company’s 36th Annual General Meeting. The board also recommended the appointment of Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy for a further term of five years, commencing after the 36th AGM and concluding at the 41st AGM in 2031.
