Vinny Overseas Limited names Chechani and Chandrajagetiya as independent directors for five years

Vinny Overseas Limited appointed Mr. Divyaprakash Jagdishchandra Chechani and Mr. Parag Kailash Chandrajagetiya as independent directors with effect from September 27, 2026, for a five-year term subject to member approval at the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 25, 2026. The company also recommended the reappointment of Ms. Nishita Shah, who retires by rotation, and approved a revised Board of Directors Report and draft notice for the AGM, superseding prior versions approved on August 14, 2026. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2026.
