Genesys International appoints G. K. Choksi & Co. as Statutory Auditors for five years

Genesys International Corporation Limited announced the appointment of M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co. as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, replacing M/s. MSKA & Associates, and M/s. XAG & Co. as its Internal Auditor, effective September 2, 2026. The company also approved the introduction of the “Genesys ESOP Scheme – 2026,” which proposes to grant up to 30,00,000 stock options, and approved adjustments to outstanding stock options under the Genesys ESOP Scheme – 2022 following a rights issue, resulting in the grant of 1,82,640 additional options. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of M/s. H.C. Vora & Associates as Internal Auditor and approved the convening of the 44th Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026.
