NCL Industries promoter released 44,722 equity shares pledged to Northeast Broking Services

NCL Industries Limited disclosed the release of 44,722 equity shares pledged by promoter G.T.Sandeep on August 28, 2026, and August 31, 2026, as collateral security, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The shares were pledged to Northeast Broking Services Ltd, and G.T.Sandeep reported the release on September 2, 2026.
