Sonalis Consumer Products Limited re-appointed auditors and scheduled its Annual General Meeting in Mumbai

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited announced that its board approved the draft annual report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and decided not to fill a casual vacancy caused by the retirement of Director Sanjay Rajkumar Dua, whose retirement by rotation will be effective at the company’s Annual General Meeting. The board also re-appointed M/s. H. Rajen & Co. as statutory auditors for the financial years 2026-2030, appointed Ms. Nilima Bane as internal auditor for the year 2026-2027, and scheduled the 04th Annual General Meeting for September 28, 2026, in Mumbai. The company’s register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026.
