Fedbank Financial Services Limited allotted shares under ESOS 2018 and ESOS 2024

Fedbank Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 82,977 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 02, 2026, following the exercise of vested stock options under ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2018’ (ESOS 2018) and ‘Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2024’ (ESOS 2024), increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 3,75,01,65,550 consisting of 37,50,16,555 equity shares to Rs 3,75,09,95,320 consisting of 37,50,99,532 equity shares.
