Ram Swaroop Joshi resigns as Managing Director of Nexus Surgical, effective September 2026

Nexus Surgical and Medicare Limited announced that Ram Swaroop Joshi has resigned as Managing Director, effective September 2, 2026, due to personal reasons. Joshi, who served as Managing Director since 2022, will continue as a Promoter Non-Executive Director of the company.
