Visagar Polytex Limited to convene board meeting September 7 to approve scheme of arrangement

Visagar Polytex Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 7, 2026, to consider and approve a Draft Composite Scheme of Arrangement under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, along with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
