Regency Fincorp approves Vishal Rai Sarin’s director designation change, effective September 2026

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, approved a change in designation for Director Vishal Rai Sarin from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective September 2, 2026, the company said in a filing. The board also approved increasing remuneration for Managing Director Gaurav Kumar, Whole-Time Director Sarfaraz Mallick, and Chief Operating Officer Neha Abrol, all effective April 1, 2026, subject to member approval. Additionally, the board approved borrowing limits not exceeding Rs 1,300,00,00,000 and scheduled its 33rd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing.
