IND-SWIFT Laboratories appoints Amit Mathur as Additional Director for five years

IND-SWIFT LABORATORIES LTD. announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Mathur as an Additional Director, in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 3, 2026, for a period of five years subject to member approval at the company’s 31st Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026. The company also announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, effective September 3, 2026, and appointed Care Ratings Limited as the Monitoring Agency for the utilization of proceeds from a preferential issue approved on August 5, 2026.
