Vivid Mercantile Limited appoints new auditors, schedules AGM for September 2026

VIVID MERCANTILE LIMITED has appointed M/s P H Shah and Co. as its statutory auditor for five financial years, from fiscal year 2026-27 to 2030-31, and M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as its secretarial auditor for the same period, both appointments subject to member approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also noted the resignation of M/s. Shah Karia & Associates as statutory auditor and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates as secretarial auditor, both due to personal reasons, and has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
