Simplex Papers sold land in Gondia, Maharashtra, for Rs 25,00,000 to outside parties

Simplex Papers Limited announced that it has sold land pertaining to its closed Paper Plant located in Gondia, Maharashtra, executing a sale deed on September 2, 2026, for a total consideration of Rs 25,00,000 to Mr. Mohammed Yasin Ashimuddin Sheikh and Ms. Nusrat Parvin Zahid Khan Pathan, who are not affiliated with the company’s promoter group. The land did not contribute any revenue during the last financial year, and the sale is outside of a scheme of arrangement, having received member approval at the company’s annual general meeting on August 4, 2026.
