Colab Platforms re-appoints Rohit Singh as director, names statutory auditors for five years

Colab Platforms Limited announced that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Rohit Singh as director, liable to retire by rotation, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, and appointed M/s. Nagadheep Sathyanarayana and Co. as statutory auditors for a period of five years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27. The company will hold its Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, at 12:00 Noon through video conferencing, and has appointed M/s. Aarju Agrawal & Associates as scrutinizer for the meeting.
