Vani Commercials Limited appoints Pooja Sharma as Company Secretary, effective September 2026

Vani Commercials Limited informed the BSE that its board appointed Pooja Sharma (M.No. A34026) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, as well as Internal Auditor, effective September 2, 2026, and approved the company’s Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26. The board also discussed and proposed the acquisition of a subsidiary company, GeeBee Card & Financial Services Private Limited, and appointed Mr. Devender Singh (M.No: A76094 and CoP: 28056), a Practicing Company Secretary, as Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026.
