Alphalogic Techsys Limited schedules AGM for September 26, 2026, utilizing e-voting via NSDL

Alphalogic Techsys Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the notice for the Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. through a VC/OAVM facility, and approved the Board Report along with the Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company has also fixed the cut-off and book closure dates from September 19, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the AGM, and will utilize e-voting facilities through National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
