Newtime Infrastructure Limited schedules AGM for September 30, 2026, to review financial reports

Newtime Infrastructure Limited announced that its board approved the notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, along with the Board Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved limits for investments, loans, guarantees, security, borrowing, and related party transactions, all subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
