Avance Technologies re-appointed Deepak Mane as director, pending shareholder approval

Avance Technologies Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Deepak Yallappa Mane as a Non-Executive – Non-Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval at the company's Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. The board also re-appointed M/s. A. Raghavendra Rao & Associates as the company's statutory auditor for a five-year term, also pending shareholder approval, and convened the 42nd Annual General Meeting for September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Mumbai.
