MosChip Technologies faces dispute involving promoters; court orders Rs 200 crore security

MosChip Technologies Limited announced that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has directed respondents in a dispute between Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority and persons/entities associated with the company’s promoters to furnish an additional security aggregating to Rs 200 crore, jointly and severally, following an interim order related to MosChip’s proposed acquisition of 73% of Vayavya Labs Private Limited. The company stated it is not a party to the proceedings, has no connection with the underlying dispute, and will not be funding the additional security, noting the judgment has no financial, operational, or business impact on MosChip Technologies Limited.
