Bright Outdoor Media shareholders will vote on director remuneration at Mumbai’s September 28 AGM

Bright Outdoor Media Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and an increase in remuneration for directors exceeding the managerial remuneration limit, subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting, at a meeting held on September 2, 2026. The company’s 21st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, at 12:00 Noon at Hotel Peninsula Grand in Mumbai, and M/s Nikunj Kanabar & Associates has been appointed as Scrutinizer for the AGM voting process.
