TMT (India) Limited plans to seek board approval to raise funds via multiple methods

TMT (India) Limited will seek board approval on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve raising funds in one or more tranches through the issuance of equity shares and/or other eligible securities via methods including a further public issue, rights issue, American Depository Receipts, Global Depository Receipts, Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, debt instruments, preferential allotment, private placement, Qualified Institutions Placement, or other permitted means.
