Muthoot Finance re-appointed directors and appointed new leadership roles effective October 1, 2026

Muthoot Finance Limited announced appointments and re-appointments of several directors following its 29th Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2026. Joseph Korah was re-appointed as an Independent Director for a three-year term, while George Muthoot George, George Alexander, and George Muthoot Jacob were re-appointed as Whole Time Directors for five-year terms, effective December 15, 2026. Additionally, Eapen Alexander was appointed as a Director and Whole Time Director, Alexander George as Managing Director, and George Alexander Muthoot as Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director, all effective October 1, 2026, and expiring March 31, 2031.
