L&T Finance Limited allotted Rs 500 crore in debentures to investors, maturing September 28, 2029

L&T Finance Limited announced the allotment of 50,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each on a private placement basis, for an aggregate nominal value of Rs 500 crore to identified investors on September 2, 2026. The debentures, with an original tenor of 1179 days and a coupon rate of 7.8384% p.a., are scheduled for maturity and redemption on September 28, 2029, and will be listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
