United Leasing appoints auditors and recommends director change for the coming year

United Leasing and Industries Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s. Mayuri Sinha & Co. as Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Raj Anirudh & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The board also recommended the change in designation of Mr. Karm Sawhney from Additional Director to Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, for a five-year term. Additionally, the board approved the notice for the 42nd Annual General Meeting and the company’s Annual Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
