Super Iron Foundry appoints auditors and schedules annual meeting for September 2026

Super Iron Foundry Ltd. approved the appointment of M/s Sohan Lal Jalan & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, effective September 2, 2026, and appointed M/s SB Sheth & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, also effective September 2, 2026. The company’s board also approved the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Saklecha as a Non-Executive Director.
