MPS Pharmaa Limited’s board recommends Anchal Goyal as independent director for five years

MPS Pharmaa Limited, formerly Advik Laboratories Limited, announced that its board of directors has recommended the appointment of Ms. Anchal Goyal as an independent director for a five-year term and the reappointment of M/s. Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co. as statutory auditors for a further five years, both effective from the conclusion of the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026. The board also fixed September 29, 2026, as the date for the annual general meeting and approved a notice calling the meeting, along with other related reports.
